Product Return Policy

Product Condition

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including the watch, strap, accessories, user manual, and any accompanying gifts.

Products with visible scratches, wear, or signs of unsealing will not be accepted.

Damage to the product packaging may affect the eligibility for return.

Return Period

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt (including weekends and holidays). Late requests will not be accepted.

For defective or damaged items, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt, and provide clear photos of the watch and packaging as proof.

Return Process

Log in to your account and go to the "Order Management" page to submit a return request, including the reason and relevant details.

Once the request is approved, our customer service team will provide return instructions and the return address.

Ship the product back as instructed and retain the shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued unless the returned product is received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment, the company will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once the returned product is inspected and confirmed, the refund will be issued via the original payment method:

Credit card payments will be refunded to the original credit card.

ATM transfers require the customer to provide a valid bank account for refund processing.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after we receive the return.

The actual time for funds to appear depends on your issuing bank or payment provider.

If additional inspection (e.g., functionality testing) is required, customer service will notify you of any delay.


Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Customized watches and limited edition watches are not eligible for return.

Products that are damaged by the customer, show signs of use, are missing original packaging or accessories, or have had the watch strap adjusted will not be accepted.

Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

The company reserves the right to deny a refund if any return conditions are violated.


Dispute Policy

In the event of a payment dispute via PayPal, Stripe, or other payment gateways, the customer must provide valid proof of return, including shipping receipt and tracking number, for a refund to be considered.
If the product is not returned, the company will treat the case as a fraudulent transaction and may take appropriate legal action.
We reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation—including shipping records, product condition photos, and correspondence—to defend against false or abusive refund claims.
